The interminable 5 freeway, somewhat more bearable with clouds to look at
On the 152, towards Gilroy

Pretty smooth ride to San Francisco today.
Did hit some showers on the way, even a bit of snow of the 5 …
Anna plays a mid-90’s Martin D1, tuned to C G C G C C.
Her regular tuning guitar is a sweet little Martin 0016DBR.
For the tour, we got a new Blueridge 140-A from the FrettedFrog in LA (great store!) as a travel guitar for the open tuning
Anna will chance it in the plane cabin with a soft gig-bag, gasp!
She will borrow guitars in Belgium and UK to play regular tuning.
Anna also plays foot percussions. Two Indian drums, custom made by a local artisan, and a tambourine.
Got a nice Guild 412 last summer from Buffalo Brothers, down in San Diego.
Won’t be taking that on tour unfortunately: jumbo size, very hard to find an appropriate hard shell case that would travel well in checked luggage.
So, I found this very used Seagull S12 coastline at GuitarCenter
And will trust it to this SKB case will in transit, we’ll see!
My 12 string is tuned in open G: D G D G B D
